A Better Plaice is a mobile fish and chip van run by Josie and Sarah, who live and work in Kent.We are passionate about cooking, and after spending over 8 years working within the fish and chip industry, we decided to set up our own mobile fish and chip van and serve great food to our local community and at events across Kent, London, Surrey, Essex and Sussex.We fry and serve delicious homemade fish and chips using the finest ingredients.As well as serving the nation's favourite dish, we also have halloumi fries, Korkers Kentish sausages, scampi, and more.
