About Bakealous Bakealous is owned and run by Louise, who designs and bakes all of her wedding cakes and celebration cakes herself. She has many years of experience in making cakes so you can rest assured that you will have the cake of your dreams. Louise started baking at the age of 12, however now specialises in stunning wedding cakes. She covers the whole of Hertfordshire and some surrounding areas.
