165 Victoria Grove DT6 3AG Bridport (Dorset)

Description

I promise you a wonderful, original wedding ceremony that will be authentic, joyful and meaningful. It will feel just right for you and will celebrate your relationship perfectly. Planning the ceremony will be a fun, joint experience and on the day you can relax because I'll be looking after you and your guests. You'll know that you've got the wedding ceremony you've been hoping for, that it will be full of emotion and delivered in an engaging confident way. It will be a lasting memory of your wedding that you will treasure for years to come. I'm a friendly, imaginative and experienced full-time celebrant. I love thinking of fresh ideas and different ways to celebrate love. I'm also known for my sense of humour, which is always appropriate and in keeping with your style. Every wedding I write is different: prepared and written just for you and unlike anyone else's. So whatever your ideas, whatever style and vibe you want, I'll create it. Symbolic rituals like handtying, or a unity candle can be included, together with any readings or music from any tradition or genre you like. I'll suggest new ideas, which you are free to go with - or not! I'm equally comfortable with small, intimate ceremonies and large, formal occasions. I love family-friendly weddings and will happily include your friends, relatives and even your pets in the ceremony. I'm practical and I think about the details and what works well, together with your hopes and dreams for your special day.I'd love to have a chat with you about your wedding ceremony and what would make it amazing for you. Speak soon! Alicen xFrequently Asked Questions:What are the first steps to booking you as our celebrant? As soon as you know your wedding date, get in touch with me to reserve the date. The advantage of booking early is that you can relax, knowing that your date is secure. You will also find it easier to decide on what you want for your ceremony, if we have more time. If you don't have that luxury, don't worry! As a full-time celebrant, I can respond quickly to help you. What is the best way to choose a celebrant?Having a good connection and feeling confident in your celebrant are the key factors. When we meet or speak on the phone, you will get a clear sense of the kind of friendly, fun, empathetic and professional celebrant I am. I will listen to your hopes and any concerns. I'll inspire you with ideas that you didn't even know were possible in a ceremony. What is included in your fee?The entire ceremony, starting from our first conversation, to the moment I say congratulations. Everything is included. I never charge for extra rituals or ceremonies e.g. handfasting or unity candle because in my view, they're intrinsic to your wedding ceremony. You can contact me as much as you like in the run-up to your wedding. Looking after you and helping you to feel excited and unstressed is very important to me, so I respond quickly to you. I have very high professional and customer service standards. I'm totally transparent about finances - see my website www.beautifuldaycelebrant.com/weddings for everything in detail.Do we need to have ideas for our wedding ceremony, or can you help us decide what we want?Sometimes I start with a completely blank canvas and at other times, couples have their own ideas. I take any thoughts and ideas you have and build a ceremony around them. I also ask lots of questions about you, so I get to know you and what makes you happy in life. My aim is to harvest lots of fun details and stories and to make the planning stage fun, inspiring and relaxed. I will offer you lots of choices and suggestions, and I encourage you to go with whichever ones feel right. I want you to feel excited and confident about your wedding ceremony. It should fit you perfectly and make you feel great - just like your wedding outfit. Can we have our ceremony anywhere?Yes, literally anywhere. It's only the legal part of the marriage that needs to be in a registry office or licensed venue. A celebrant wedding ceremony can take place anywhere. It could be a wedding venue or just somewhere that means a lot to you e.g. a garden, hotel, stately home, cottage, field, boat, cave, beach, restaurant .... you get the idea!! I've led ceremonies in all kinds of places, so I can advise you of the practical considerations.
