How far in advance should I contact you?
    For weddings we recommend booking at least 12-15 months in advance to allow us to plan your dreamy decor. Our books are already very busy 2022 & 2023
Do you offer an online list of weddings?
    Yes
What areas do you cover?
    We cover the South East of England including: Essex, Kent, Surrey, London, Suffolk, Hertfordshire,Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire. We will further afield but our prices have to reflect this
How do you work?
    Please contact us for an initial telephone consultation, we then charge £100 to design any bespoke items or send designs over. Once this is agreed we take a 50% deposit which is taken off your total
Operating hours:
    Office Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday Weekends- events only -7am - 9pm [ please note we are usually out setting up events so emails are usually responded to out of these hours]
What are the forms of payment?
    Bank Transfer/ credit cards accepted... We split payments to make it more affordable for you, 50% to secure your date and for weddings the balance payment 8 weeks prior to the event
