Guests can soak in the farmland views, the delightful tall woodlands, and the peacefulness of nature from start to finish. The dedicated staff at Butterfly Meadow Weddings offers a wedding package to suit couples' wishes and requests. A snapshot of rental items in the package includes marquee hire with seating, tables, lighting, and flooring, a bar attendant, wedding florals and decor, and audiovisual equipment. The wedding packages vary according to your guest-list size, with three separate offers for 50, 100, or 150 guests. Additionally, the in-house coordinators offer upgrades and á-la-carte options for a truly bespoke experience. Items such as photo booth rentals, uplighting, photo prints, and confetti cannons can be purchased for an elevated party experience. Other items provided for an additional fee include a sophisticated and romantic LED starlit dance floor, red-carpet mirror photo booth, and a sweets display. The marquee itself is a refined and classic affair, with Georgian-style window panels, draped ceiling voile, and decorative light fixtures. This event space offers couples all the joy of an outdoor setting while also keeping everyone covered and warm. Outside, two open-sided pointed gazebos mark the entrance point and also an area for mingling or catering setups. Inside the marquee, you can look forward to luxurious elements such as Chiavari chairs, chandelier lighting, swag decor, a white dance floor, and a starlit canopy.
