It depends on the size of the order, but 6 weeks notice as a minimum usually. I can do a rush service for anything that needs doing with a quick turnaround, this will incur a fee depending on notice

I send everything by secure delivery and work with clients to ensure I am able to finish the work to send 2 weeks before the event. Never later than 1 week

It depends on the size of the item, smaller items will be Royal Mail 1st class signed for, whereas larger and delicate items will be special delivery. I will quote a delivery estimate additionally
