Hi Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! It's such an exciting time, and I'm thrilled that you're considering me to be part of your special day. I specialize in fine art documentary wedding photography, capturing timeless and beautiful moments that you'll treasure for years to come. You'll easily find less expensive photographers who'll do a great job of capturing your day.So why would anyone choose to work with me? Let's think food! - I love MacDonalds as it's quick tasty and cheap and does the job of providing calories; that's most wedding photographers.Now think Maison Bleue, a Michelin guide recommended French restaraunt in Bury St Edmunds (https://guide.michelin.com/gb/en/suffolk/bury-st-edmunds/restaurant/maison-bleue) This is my wife's favourite dining venue for very special occasions. Their level of service, quality of food and whole experience is what I offer my clients. I only accept 2 weddings per month as more would not allow me to have the time required to meet the levels of service and quality I have set. We'll meet for an in-depth consultation so I understand you and your plans - what's important, what style what colour themes, who's coming and allow us both to get to know each other We'll arrange an engagement shoot so you can see what working with me is like - we'll choose a place that'll allow me to get the quality of photos I'll give you on your wedding day, photos that will blend perfectly with those from your wedding day. You'll learn my posing techniques and some do's and don't's to remember on you day I'll arrive on your day in time to capture all those details you've put so much effort into so that your day is perfect - in time to get all the moments before you leave for the ceremony, and also in time to not forget the guy you're getting married to and his groomsmen. I'll use 3 different sets of camera; Sony's for quick action and modern sharp images. Nikon dslr's and older lenses for those character photos where it's all about the "feel" and finally my Superb Leica M10 for it's creamy gorgeous colours and unique look. I'll video short clips throughout the day and later edit these into a "hilite" video that captures the entire day - I also record the entire ceremony and speeches which are supplied too. Then the work begins! I'll select about 250 photos and edit each one to perfection - even down to removing those annoying wispy strands of hair that have blown across your face. Based on your selection I'll create a 20 page wedding album that will forever be there to look back on - to make you smile and cry. What I do isn't for everyone and I totally understand if that's the case but otherwise I'd love to learn more about your vision for your wedding day and discuss how we can bring it to life through photography.
