Elle has been trained by industry experts including world leading sugar craft designer Alan Dunn, sugar craft experts and top designers Zoe Clark and Jessica MV. Member of the British Sugarcraft Guild. With a (BA Hons) Degree in Hotel and Catering Management and career experience from her years in the hospitality industry in London, Elle brings together her huge passion for cake designing with her skills in creating exquisite flavours. This combined with her drive to achieve excellence is reflected in the feedback she receives.
