Welcome to Duston Mill! We are a brand new barn and land hire Wedding and events venue, ideally located near the centre of Northampton town! The surrounding land around a former flour mill makes you feel as though you are in the heart of the countryside. The venue gives you the best of both worlds, chic, rustic vibes, whilst being in a great location around easily accessible hotels and transport such as taxis and trains. Facilities and Capacity Duston Mill features indoor and outdoor spaces for you to choose from. The landmark former flour mill Grain Store, is a barn venue, seating up to 120 guests, or many many more if you are having a more informal day, complete with original Mill Stone Bridge. This is decorated with festoon lighting and guests may enjoy a beverage reception on the bridge before entering the Store itself. This working agricultural barn presents an authentically rustic environment and seats up to 120 comfortably. We also have three areas of land for your choice of structure. The Paddock is an open grassy field with a small, picturesque woodland and hardstanding area for your structure. At the far end of the Paddock is the Riverbank - four acres of grassland along the River Nene with gorgeous views and room for an informal tipi or marquee. Nearly-weds may choose to hold their wedding festivities in one or all of these areas, with facilities for seated meals, street food, live bands, and DJs. Services Offered Duston Mill is run by Hannah Rose Weddings and Event, who include a wedding day management service within your dry hire fee. For your suppliers, we offer a pack full of recommended businesses to use, or you can bring your own for no extra charge. For your drinks, you can bring your own until 6pm with no corkage charge. From 6pm, a professional bar is required. The cost of land hire starts from £1500 and for hire of The Grain Store is from £3500 for 2022/2023 and £4000 2024 onwards dry hire cost.
