With over 55 years of combined experience in private dining, event catering & hospitality, we are proud to introduce to you Fallow and Fields, based out of Oxford, Oxfordshire.We're dedicated to providing locally produced and sustainably sourced food, and we love to grow as much as we can ourselves, so it's guaranteed to be fresh, bursting with flavour, and organic wherever possible.Our ethos has always been to provide ethically sourced ingredients, and this, combined with amazing animal husbandry provided by farmers whom we know personally, results in the best possible quality produce.We offer a wide range of catering options and services, including imaginative formal dining, casual parties and BBQs, all things roasted from wild venison, free-range boar, and hog or for something a little different, we can offer locally reared lamb and hogget along with local game birds and chicken.We are super flexible when designing our menus, and as these are bespoke and specially built to suit you and your price point, we can tailor-make menus that offer some amazing vegan and vegetarian options or accommodate any allergies that you may need to provide, compromising on ingenuity or flavour. This ensures you and your guests have a fabulous, memorable dining experience.Should you need us to provide alcohol, we have a fantastic network of both small local and larger, more comprehensive suppliers, so we have an array of wines, spirits, and Champagne available for you to enjoy.We also provide a wide range of evening food options from our pretty vintage food truck, 'Gloria', so all in all, Fallow and Fields has got you covered!
