I incorporate flavours from around the world and will be very happy to adapt and adhere to your dietary, cultural or religious requirements. I am a fine dining chef by trade, whereas canapes will reflect and adhere to your theme and venue—be it elegant, rustic or boho. I am here to ensure that you and your guests experience mouthfuls of joyous flavours to begin the festivities of your marriage.
