Facilities and Capacity
You can host an upscale city celebration for up to 150 guests in the Fortnum & Mason and Royal Exchange courtyard. Ceremonies are curated according to your tastes in the heart of The Royal Exchange, with elegant white seating laid out before an ornate altar setup. Afterwards, guests can enjoy cocktails, bubbles, and canapés while you explore the venues beauty spots for photo opportunities. Wedding breakfasts and receptions are held in the courtyard, with tables arranged to suit parties of all kinds. The team organises formal fine dining at linen-clad round tables, with decor and cuisine designed to suit every theme and taste. After dinner, you can look forward to an evening of dancing and entertainment immersed in a picturesque, romantic setting. At present, we are unable to offer both ceremonies and receptions on the same day at The Royal ExchangeFor micro weddings and pre-wedding parties, there are a number of indoor private dining rooms such as the Diamond Jubilee Tea Room, The Boardroom, The Crypt, The Drawing Room, and more. History
The Royal Exchange was built in 1566 as a trade centre. The original structure was damaged by fire and reopened in 1844 by Queen Victoria. William Fortnum and Hugh Mason established the worlds most famous corner shop in 1707. Over 300 years later, customers are still enjoying the gourmet delights and gifts on offer
