Fusion Cuisine strongly feels that the menus should incorporate everything that you want. So Sean will work with you closely to create food that is a treat for all the senses. Dietary needs can be accommodated as well. From passed hors d’oeuvres and a buffet to family-style and plated, the food can be served by their own staffers in your preferred style. They can also set up a limited, cash, or open bar and provide bartenders who can keep the merriment going. House beer and house liquor are also available for consumption.
