Ideally at least 2 week prior to the event, but occasionally we can work to last minute requests. Please try to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment

On an appointment basis. We like to meet our clients to discuss all the details, but consultations can be done over the phone

We are operational 7 days a week. Balloon set up can start as early as required
What are the forms of payment?

We accept payment by bank transfer& PayPal. We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking, to secure the date. The final balance is due for payment 14 days before the event
