FULLY BOOKED FOR 2024Kingston Manor is a beautiful medieval house with 4 acres of gardens and a historic vaulted party barn on the Isle of Wight. It is tucked away and looks out over an AONB. It's a magical and very private place.2025 WEDDINGS -- Hire the whole place for 4 days and stay in the house with up to 16 friends and family, in 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 5 reception rooms.FROM 2026 ONWARDS -- Hire the barn and gardens for a one-day wedding, with access during the two days before and the day after and the option to hire the honeymoon cottage.We hire out the venue for four days to give you lots of time to create a completely bespoke wedding.The barn can seat up to 120, and its enormously high ceiling and dance-ready floor have great acoustics for the evening musical entertainment. If you need to seat a larger number, set up a marquee overlooking the lake to seat up to 200.We can point you towards many cottages and B&Bs nearby that can accommodate your friends and family who are crossing the water.The expansive gardens allow enormous scope -- all overlooking the lake for an outdoor wedding ceremony, a marquee, bell tents, garden games, fireworks or anything else you fancy. It's an incredible location, and the view is spectacular.Our venue manager can help you source all the things you need, or you can appoint your party planner.You can choose every last detail -- the tables and chairs, the table decorations and caterers, the flowers and lighting, the bar style, the music and any extras you want to add -- to create a wholly unique wedding party.
