Facilities and Capacity
Larkspur Lodge offers a variety of pet-friendly areas for your wedding ceremony and banquet. To get to this charming location, you'll find a private entrance and ample parking spaces for you and all your loved ones. When you arrive, you may hold your civil union in the Ceremony Room, featuring artistic decor and ambient lighting. Between events, you may enjoy a beverage at the bar. This bar is adjacent to the Lodge and serves an array of drinks, from champagne to beer. The Lodge features exposed brick walls, pendant lights, and a white ceiling. Thanks to its spacious and versatile look, you can add your favourite pieces of decor and create a seating arrangement for up to 150 guests.
Outdoors, Larkspur Lodge offers a beautiful backdrop in their enchanting garden. The garden is an ideal location in the summer season, as you and your wedding guests may take photographs, mingle over cocktails, and more.

1. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
It's always tough to single out a particular wedding. However we would have to shout out, Ross and Nicholas!Just after covid, where we all hadnt been able to show off our love Ross and Nicholas got married. This was a small intimate wedding and there were many beautiful moments during the day. One of them being how Nicholas had published a book called The 2 Bears all about their lovestory and the couple gave this out as a wedding favour to their guests. Nicholas is a professional dancer, and they shared a special moment by having their first dance under a sky full of fairy lights in our ceremony room.
2. What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Create a wedding email! Not just to help with planning in general but you can ask your wedding guests to send over their RSVPs to this too! When you have a Wedmin day, you can open up your inbox and know all of your email are in one place! Often personal inboxes can get full of junk and it's easy for important wedding emails to get lost Especially those all-important final details and payments.
3. Whats your favourite personal touch youve seen at a wedding?
To make a table plan a little less formal, it is always lovely when you have a photograph of you and each guest, then as they turn it over it reveals where they are seated. Once the guests get to the table, there is a personal message written to each individual guest of memories they have shared together.

5. Where's the best photo spot at your venue?
Our ceremony room captures the perfect pictures with the romantic lighting and twinkling fairy lights The long awaited first kiss shots as newly weds are always a tear jerker. However, the fields that are surrounding Larkspur Lodge create the most breath-taking photographs.
6. Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
In our local area, there are many celebrities and some of them host events and even come along as guests to Larkspur Lodge there was even an event held for one of Englands footballers!
7. Whats your favourite canapé?
We love our Mini Tacos & Tequila The perfect Mexican treat!
8. Whats your favourite midnight treat?
A slice of wedding cake and a glass of champagne please!
9. What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our ceremony room fixed seating, we have reclaimed cinema seating in the ceremony room which faces in as a runway aisle. One of the top trends for ceremony seating at the moment. This creates such a personal ceremony as everyone looks in on you.
10. What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our customer service! As a family run business, we really do pride ourselves on a personal bespoke wedding journey for our couples! We think its important to build our team from within, our Wedding & Events Director and Operations Director both started as co-ordinators and have been with the company for over 10 years, meaning you're in very capable hands.
