About Meringue Girls Meringue Girls are based in London and create beautiful wedding cakes decorated with their lovely meringues. They also supply a 1950's airstream for weddings and events that you can hire for your special day. Meringue Girls began in 2012 when Alex and Stacey met in a restaurant kitchen in East London. They are now an inspirational brand who create bespoke bakes and creations as fantastic alternatives to a traditional wedding cake.
