About Moonflower Ceremonies Im Michelle Knight, an independent celebrant, conducting ceremonies across Yorkshire, and happy to travel further. I conduct unique and bespoke ceremonies. Whatever your wishes, traditional or alternative, call me! What style of ceremony inspires you... simple and stylish, extravagant, themed? Where would you like your ceremony... at home, in castle ruins, in a barn, up a mountain, in a woodland? When would you like your ceremony to take place... morning, afternoon, early evening, midnight? The good news is that with me, the how, where and when is completely your choice. I can create any kind of couples ceremony, completely customised to your tastes. Weddings, Civil Partnerships, Renewal of Vows, Engagements, Commitment Ceremonies, or any other kind of couples ceremony you would like, I would love to be part of it. As celebrants dont handle the legal proceedings of a marriage or civil partnership (see my FAQs), there is no restriction associated with licensed premises, so you can hold your ceremony anywhere you choose. Youre also not limited in terms of timings or content so if youd like to include a handfasting, jumping the broom, feet bathing, unity candles, prayer, cocktail (yes, I did just say, would you like to include a cocktail?!) you name it, I can do it! Your vows or promises to each other, can be as romantic or as light-hearted as you wish, and if you want family, friends, or even your pets to play a part, I can make that happen too. There are so many stylish, romantic and fun things you can do to put your own individual mark on your ceremony, and I would love nothing more than to craft something completely unique to you.
