Cakes you and your guests will be discussing long after the crumbs are cleared away ! Consultations Designing your cake I bake all my cakes from scratch in my kitchen in Ryhall, just outside of Stamford Lincolnshire, which is registered with Rutland County Council. My Ingredients are always fresh and free range or organic where appropriate, locally sourced where possible, and the finest quality of produce is standard. I do not use mixes like some companies and every cake is made from scratch to order, ensuring my cakes taste as enticing as they look. Gluten and wheat free cakes, diabetic and nut free cakes available at request. I can accommodate most budgets, but it is important to remember that many complex cakes can be thirty plus hours of work and even the simplest cake will still be five to ten hours work from start to final design finish. And, of course, quality ingredients will always be worth more. Discussions about your cake can be held over the phone or via email, or Facebook. Or you could book a face to face consultation.
