If you like clean, elegant lines, pretty florals, a pop of colour and delicious flavours, then we are here for you. Each wedding cake is made to meet your specifications, delivering across Yorkshire. After art college I studied Surface Pattern Design at Huddersfield University. I have always been creative and after having my first child I started to create cakes for his birthdays. I then gained a number of years experience at a small commercial patisserie in Otley working as a confectioner/decorator. In 2016 I set up Rose and Jam Cake Creations. I wanted to continue to grow as a cake decorator and have control over the quality of my work. I was keen to try new things and share the joy in my work. I am passionate about creating beautiful, fun and delicious cakes. Baked fresh using high-quality ingredients. Some people go for something different in each tier, this gives you and your guests the choice, catering for different tastes. We are also happy to collaborate on flavours, so if its not on the list, it doesnt mean that its not possible. Its always fun trying new flavours such as hazelnut praline, peanut butter, peppermint, ginger and other spiced cakes. With our wedding customers, we offer a consultation service. This is where you will get the opportunity to taste some cake and talk all things wedding over a cuppa. These meetings usually take place on a weekend and are booked in on a first come first served basis. Rose and Jam Cake Creations is a wedding cake bakery based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Each tier can have a different flavour. I have many flavours to choose from. They include a vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and Swiss meringue buttercream, lemon, carrot, coffee, sticky toffee, etc
What are the forms of payment?

There is a 20% deposit payable upon booking. Full payment is due two weeks prior to your wedding date. Payment via bank transfer or cash is available
