Rumbolds Barn offers the perfect rural setting for your special wedding celebrations. Located on the Surrey-Sussex border, between Haslemere, Godalming and Petworth, the venue is surrounded by 130 acres of pasture and ancient oak forests which provide an idyllic countryside backdrop for your day. We hold a limited number of functions every year so we can make sure that your big day is a truly unforgettable, bespoke event. The 16th-century Barn can accommodate up to 100 guests for a wonderful reception, and for longer guest lists, a marquee can be attached for additional space. When you hire the venue, use of a 6x6m drinks marquee on the patio is included in the price. The Barn is fronted by a charming stone courtyard, complete with a blooming pergola. The courtyard leads to a large picturesque lake and beautiful gardens, boasting beautiful views of the rural pasture and woodland. The stunning surroundings provide outstanding backdrops for your treasured wedding photographs. For a few of your overnight guests, we have three double rooms on-site. We also offer a charming QIT-approved holiday cottage, which is perfect for the newlywed’s first night of married life. To help you look and feel your best ahead of the big day, we can offer a variety of on-site services.
