He first so convincingly set the scene , making sure all of our guests could see he was part of the waiting team. So when he started to sing with that incredible voice, our guests were genuinely taken aback. Jason and Harvey worked hard as 'waiters' and not a single person suspected that they were not hotel staff. This part of our day energised everyone and completely changed the dynamic of the day.
