?? Hello, I'm Adam! I'm an animal lover and a feminist, I volunteer at a breakfast centre for the homeless, and I'm nice to waiters. I'm also the Creative Director of Special Day Films, where we specialise in a blend of cinematic and candid event videography. I've been making wedding videos for quite a while now and it's like telling the story of one of the most important days in somebody's life, so as much as I’d like to be a cynic about it, I love it. We're based in York, North Yorkshire and we've been lucky to film weddings up and down the country - in actual castles and village halls and everything in between. Regardless of the setting or the budget, what we always love is seeing the couple's personalities woven into their big day. Sometimes it's stuff like in-jokes for the table names or unconventional music choices. But it's also those unplanned moments, like the bride getting locked in the wedding car (this actually happened!), or a grandparent's first ever Jagerbomb. These are the things we'll be looking out for when we're making the film of your special day. People often tell us that they forgot we were there on the day (not usually a compliment!) so you don't need to worry about us getting in the way, and it means a lot to us that so many of our bookings come through word of mouth - it's always nice to catch up with a familiar face! We have two flexible video packages you can use as a starting point. From there, you have the freedom to add, change, or remove elements entirely to create a bespoke video package that suits your preferences and budget perfectly.
