We work on a one to one basis with our clients. We have meetings in person and are always contactable via email or phone communications. We are happy to take on as much as a role as the couple require

Bank transfer is usually acceptable for most couples we work with.
We produces an initial contract that includes payment information, invoices are generated throughout the planning process
