The St Ives Corn Exchange offers a choice of lovely event spaces. The magnificent Charter Hall is a large open area that can accommodate up to 180 people for a sit-down wedding reception. It's fully air-conditioned and features an original sprung timber floor ideal for ballroom dancing, a cosy balcony, two fully stocked bars, and lighting equipment. There's even an atmospheric glitter ball. The Tony Burgess is a bright, airy space overlooking Market Square. It can accommodate 40 seated guests or up to 50 standing and has door blinds and a sound system. The Tony Burgess combines with the adjoining Riverport Café Bar for a total event area of 90 square metres. The versatile Flexi rooms at the rear of the building can accommodate up to 100 people; you can also use them as your get-ready area. The St Ives Corn Exchange has three licensed bars and a professional kitchen equipped with worktops, two ovens, a double fridge and freezer, hot cupboards, and a commercial pass-through dishwasher.
