About Standon Hall
We're not your typical wedding venue; we're WEIRD: Wacky, Exotic, Intriguing, Refreshing, and Daring. We believe that Standon Hall is the only place to say "I do"...but we're biased. We hope to make your wedding day as amazing as our venue!
Standon Hall is a Grade II listed mansion surrounded by a countryside of contrasts and rural charm. Within this 20th-century property, an array of bright, open spaces await alongside incredible backdrops. Host your ceremony before an antique fireplace adorned in fresh florals before enjoying a wedding feast in the Bookends suite. Elsewhere, the Pebbles Suite offers a stylish, eclectic setting for reception drinks. Here, your guests can mingle and sip on signature cocktails at the botanical bar while you take a moment on the stained glass window landing. Outside the venue's impressive facade, the landscaped gardens offer a serene site for exquisite wedding photography or a romantic stroll as the sun sets. Standon Hall is located in the quaint market town of Eccleshall, just 15 minutes away from J15 and J14 on the M6.
Standon Hall specialises in the fine art of hospitality, providing couples with the expertise and support needed to craft their bespoke event. As part of your booking, you will have the experienced assistance of the venue's wedding coordinator. This creative professional can help you with all aspects of your day, including sourcing the ideal private caterer for your wedding theme. You can also enjoy complimentary use of the property for an engagement photo shoot or to host a private menu tasting.
We pride ourselves on making the day unique for each couple. We do this by allowing you to choose and handpick from a range of bespoke suppliers. You get to choose venue decor, stationery, caterers, drinks packages, DJs, and entertainment best suited to your individual needs, budgets, and tastes.
Optional accommodation with up to 9 bedrooms, including breakfast, can be arranged for you to stay the night before and the night of the wedding day.
