Facilities and Capacity Swallows Oast’s main hall comfortably seats 130 guests. Its beautiful oak-beamed ceiling and traditional minstrels’ gallery make it a perfect setting for an intimate and romantic wedding celebration. The Swallows Pavilion is an excellent alternative if you prefer an outdoor ceremony, It’s also a lovely spot for an evening meal or a relaxed barbeque. The Oast and Pavilion are licensed to hold civil ceremonies. If you require additional room for your arrival drinks or reception, you are welcome to use the venue’s spacious marquee. It comes with flooring, champagne lining, chandeliers, and orangery windows. Swallows Oast also has a wedding suite and makeup room for your comfort and convenience.
