Facilities and Capacity Ideal for intimate ceremonies, receptions, and elopements, The Grain Loft can seat up to 50 guests during the day and up to 70 in the evening. The top level of the barn offers an idyllic space for ceremonies, boasting original oak beams and stone detailing. Softened with elegant drapes and ambient lighting, this room offers a contemporary yet rustic and romantic setting for vows. Couples can then celebrate with dinner and dancing downstairs in the banquet hall area. Those who would prefer an outdoor ceremony can exchange their vows in the beautifully landscaped gardens during mild and warm months. Services Offered Along with the use of the ceremony room and banquet hall, couples will have access to furnishings and decorations to embellish their event, including free chair and table hire and inhouse decor and chair covers and sashes. A marquee is available for those who want to welcome guests with cocktails on the lawn. As day turns to night, you can choose to light up a gorgeous fire pit to keep everyone warm and enhance the romantic atmosphere. You and your guests can also enjoy garden games, as well as exploring the stunning grounds that are exclusively yours during your stay. We offer the freedom and flexibility to choose your own caterer, drink options (with free corkage and an alcohol licence to hire a bar) and choose of entertainment for the evening. Owner Elaine will work to assist couples throughout their planning journey by recommending local vendors who will make their dream wedding a reality.
