Unique Historic Venue Located only 25 minutes from Edinburgh and situated on the main London to Aberdeen train line, The Harbour Chapel is an intimate, historic and unique East Lothian wedding venue for up to 120 guests. We are a diverse and inclusive venue, perfect for weddings, ceremonies and celebrations. This spectacular former church and elegant reception bar create an exquisite destination in which to celebrate your love. The Chapel retains all of its original features which have been lovingly restored, from the scallop shelled oak pulpit and balcony to the ornate Victorian stained-glass windows. The reception bar and social spaces have a modern and contemporary feel and our well-maintained garden allows for guests to sip champagne whilst enjoying the ambience of the sunny east coast. Facilities and Services We know from experience that no two weddings at The Harbour Chapel are the same and as such we would create a specific quote for you based on your requirements. Our venue hire includes: Exclusive use of the venue – Historic former church, garden and reception bar Fully set up with the use of tables, chairs, party lighting, candle holders and candles, cake table and knife Planning and coordination both before and on the day Use of the PA system for inhouse music via Spotify Liaison with any suppliers – live music, flowers, cake, photographer etc Fully stocked bar with staff This truly unique and beautiful space allows for your ceremony, drinks reception, dining and evening reception for dancing all to be in one place. It has an ideal location in that it is only a 2 minute walk down to the picturesque harbour with spectacular coastal views for your photographs. Catering Our excellent caterers produce high quality food using fresh local ingredients, we offer a range of catering packages and will provide everything that you need to create your special day.
