Can we cancel or reschedule our booking?

How much space is needed for setup?
  • Our carts typically require around 2.5m x 2.5m of space. If your venue or space is slightly different
  • just let us know and we’ll always work with you.
Can you work with outdoor and indoor venues?
  • Yes — we work with both indoor and outdoor venues and are happy to adapt our setup to suit your location and space.

Cancellation Policy

To secure your wedding date, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required.

If cancellation is made more than 14 days before the event, 50% of the total balance paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will require full payment, as preparations, staffing and ingredients will already be in place.

Where possible, we’re always happy to discuss rescheduling to a new date, subject to availability.
