Facilities and Capacity The Welldiggers Arms is an authentically British pub featuring intimate rooms and a gorgeous alfresco dining area with space for up to 120 guests using our indoor and outdoor areas. Guests will be transfixed by the enticing interiors from the moment of arrival, made all the more welcoming by the warm oak finishing. Illuminated in flattering natural light, the main function room is a delightful space with large windows overlooking the pristine woodland and wilds that lie beyond. This spacious setting features an open kitchen where up to 75 seated guests can watch the chefs finesse the final touches. The outside patio and garden area is the venue's signature event space, designed to adapt to all weather and seasons. This covered terrace area offers first-row seats to the cottage-style gardens where you can host a BBQ-style event or a fabulous garden party. During the winter months, the space is transformed into a weatherproof haven, complete with fur blankets and heating where you can cosy up with a comforting whiskey or local brew. A smaller private dining room is also available for intimate gatherings of up to 8 guests. At the end of the festivities, 14 boutique ensuites are available, each individually decorated and dog-friendly. We also offer rooms "With a View." With a hot tub for 2 on a private terrace, this room will ensure you enjoy an extra special countryside experience.
