Thorpe Garden is a botanical-chic wedding venue located in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Set within a 3,000-acre private estate that has belonged to the Inge family since 1631, this lovely walled garden abounds with magnificent trees and beautiful flowering plants. Facilities and Capacity Thorpe Garden is a licensed wedding venue, and its indoor and outdoor event spaces can accommodate parties of up to 140 people. Renowned architect Seth Stein, winner of the RIBA South West Award 2009, designed the striking Ceremony Room. This handcrafted, one-of-a-kind wooden yurt features a large sloping roof and glass doors that open onto a large terrace that affords spectacular views of the gardens. Fairy lights, flowers, and festoons create the perfect atmosphere for an intimate dinner and an evening of dancing. The estate is also home to Constantine House, a boutique guesthouse that sleeps up to 42 guests and has 21 en-suite guest rooms, including a honeymoon suite and four deluxe and 16 double bedrooms. The beautifully restored gardener's bothy cottage is also available for use as a get-ready area. Services Offered Thorpe Garden is available for exclusive use.
