Whether it's a small, intimate wedding for a night or a huge wedding celebration for 120 guests staying for 3 nights, Wilde Lodge has the flexibility to make your wedding day uniquely yours. This is the future of wedding celebrations - unique as you are, a home that can be yours to make your own style of celebration. Accommodation The choice is yours, depending on the size of your wedding you can have 10 to 120 guests stay on site with you at Wilde Lodge. The Main Lodge features thoughtfully designed rooms that combine traditional rustic decor with contemporary touches. This space is ideal for housing up to 10 guests overnight. From May to the end of September there are 3 bespoke luxury bell tents set on raised decking in the garden so you can add an additional 6 guests to those staying in the main lodge. But if you want the whole wedding party to stay on site with you an entire bell tent village can be set up on site in their extensive grounds. Ceremony, Dinner & Dance spaces Next to the Main Lodge is The Long Barn, a recently converted magical area where you can exchange vows in front of 90 seated attendees. This space is also perfect for use as a reception area where you and your guests can party the night away! The barn can be transformed into a chill-out area, cinema, dance floor or cocktail bar. Opposite the Long barn is the Wilde Safari Tent. This fabulous dark green safari tent marquee is nestled within the old barn walls, complete with its own bespoke 16ft bar. This space can seat 120 guests or can accommodate 150 standing guests. Looking for somewhere truly al fresco to say your vows or dance the night away, then the open barn can accomodate 120 seated. The open barn has wonderful views over the surrounding forests and can be set up for ceremonies, or just as a comfy chill out area with bar and hay bales. Our couples also have the option to hold their ceremony on our motte & bailey mound, with stunning views over the River Teme, or on our front lawn with an equally beautiful backdrop - nowhere is off limits, you will be spolit for choice! Services Offered Wilde Staff Team - at Wilde lodge you can hire our entire staff team from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave - they are incredible at high end service. You will feel like royalty. All of our couples are also given a dedicated wedding coordinator included in the venue price, who provide as much support as our couples need to ensure that everything runs smoothly, in the lead up to and on your wedding day. The Wilde Catering team cooks entirely from the outdoor fire kitchen so your guests can wonder up and chat to the chefs and the smells of the cooking are great for adding to the atmosphere and getting the guests taste buds going! However if this isn't your style, our couples are free to book an external caterer of their choice. We also have a list of recommended caterers for all tastes. The Wilde Bar team can be on-hand behind the stunning 7-meter wooden bar, serving drinks and cocktails tailored to you and your guests.
